Which Classes Got Buffed and Nerfed for BG and Arena?

Title says it all. Which classes got the buff and which classes got nerfed by patch 2.2 for PVP Battlegrounds and Arena play?|||I feel like my hunter got shafted. I'm survival spec for the wyvern sting and traps. Seriously considering BM spec now as my traps are useless. If they last 5 seconds its a miracle.|||did the warlock/shadow priest arena team get ruined by resilience now? i havent really noticed :O|||They made rogues' sap useless in PvP|||Everyone's crowd control got nerfed for PVP, which is probably a good thing if you're one of the people who was being CCed all the time.|||Jesus christ, four posts long and already half whining.

Hunters are fine in PvP, learn to kite people over entrapment powered frost traps (slow, not freezing) and then blast them while they're stuck, smashing their head on their keyboard as your viper sting (completely impossible to remove if you use a scorpion, which you should) drains their mana away.

Sap is useful provided you're not some kind of mouth breathing retard who needs to sap then spend a week picking a new target.

The Warlock/Spriest arena team still hurts, though UALock/Mage was honestly always the better lineup (UA protects nova etc, the combination can set up an explosive finish with their multiple CC and 2x Counter spell options and high burst with water elemental pet), at least now they can't get f---ed over by shadow resist sets.|||Quote:

The topic of the thread was "Which Classes Got Buffed and Nerfed.." by definition you are going to have people express their opinions about the changes that were made. While there are work arounds I think the old L2P retort is uncalled for. When I hear someone else say, "you just need to learn to play..." that basically says to me that they are simply stroking their ego". Essentially, "If you were good like me you would not have any problems".

When changes are made to a class, people complain. I don't blame them, some of us don't pvp a lot and feel that once they get a few skills working for them that it really sucks to have those skills changed. Yes, we could be better pvp players and yes, if we so desire we can learn to play with the changes but that does not mean that we won't be dissapointed.

Sorry, if this seems to be a rant and I am singling you out, I am just so tired of the attitude some people give to those of us who are not as 3117 as they are.|||Quote:

This, on the other hand is often the first resort not only of a scoundrel, but the pugnaciously insecure who are unable to mercilessly exploit game mechanics in their favour (which you're gonna have to learn to do to get anywhere in arenas).|||Quote:

Unless theres an actual change in the functionality of those skills instead of a reduction of strength, theres nothing to whine about, you can still do the same thing, and 9 times out of 10 it will still work. Windfury Totem is a perfect example of how a nerf is easily overcome.

I'm not "3117" or anything else, but I have a basic understanding of how things work and instead of butting my head on a brick wall by using incorrect strategies I prefer to find the correct ones.|||I lol'd at 3117, I'll have to use that sometime :)
