[:1]Today, I waited in queue for WSG (horde) and finally got in. Ended up..two horde and 8 alliance.
I thought the reason for the wait was for balance. Why did the battle start with a 2-8 ratio?|||there's a two minutes timer, i guess, for people to get in the bg. Sometimes people hold that timer without getting in and let the next person in the queue get in instead of him/her, and in turn lengthen the next two minute for the next person to get in. And sometimes people use bg as a hearthstone as well. A bit of bad luck :(|||Yes, the "BG-matcher" is quite picky at first, but as time goes by it'll start the match regardless and jot ppl in immediately as they queue up until full.
This morning I played about 8 matches of WSG. Only for 1 of them i have been in from the start.
Could've also been caused by ppl leaving a BG going downhill. Which would explain why we haven't won more than 2 of those 8.|||We are having the same problem on our realm with EOTS. For some reason the queue is 12 - 15min, when I do join the game has already begun, so no time to buff up.
Also we are about 5 - 6 players down to the alliance, who already are taking their 3rd base.|||Quote:

I like the 3rd base...
As ppl had said, it's just a bit of luck. When the queue time is long, you tend to see this happens a lot.
If you are on the lucky side, enjoy the honor. If not, the pain will be over soon.|||Quote:

lol dont we all|||Yeah, 40 against our pitifull 14 last night in AV. Not a great way of organising a battle, but as irogue said- the pain was over soon & I got a mark for staying in to the end
