Basic question about BGs.

Hi,

I'm working my way up to level 70 and I was just wondering, what Battlegrounds will be available to me at that level?

Will I still be able to do WSG and AV or am I stuck with just AV and EoTS?

I know this is really basic stuff, but I haven't got as far as level 70 yet and the Battlegrounds info on the official site appears to be well out of date.
