EVERY single game after 2.4 I played with my battlegroup was lost. I know for a fact we don't suck that much. Now I'm starting to understand why there are so many afk bots on horde side in AV. Because no matter what, the Alliance seem to zerg rush Drek before we even cross the bridge into the aid station. I've been in every kind of strategy that I can possibly think of, from a turtlefest, to defending IB and TP, to an all out zerg against Van...why Blizz jacked up AV in favor of the Alliance even more is completely baffling.|||It's your battlegroup.
On mine it's split around 60a-40h or even 50-50, at any rate most times the honour ratios are within 100 of each other.
Those bots are costing you the game.|||Yeah I'm in a battlegroup where Horde not even lose AV but ALL other BGs too which is why PvP in WoW fails so much imo.|||Quote:

aha, so it is the games fault if your teammates suck ? :) nice try.|||Trust me, AV is not unbalanced, it's more about having enough people who actually understand how to play the game.
We still trump the alliance on my battlegroup, but they have learned so, so its not a forgone conclusion.
Report AFK'ers constantly to at least limit their rewards (you gotta do something while defending or taking towers - you are doing that right?)|||On my server I notice that in BGs Horde wins about 4 out of 5. That's not a precise analysis but I think it's pretty close. I think it may be because Horde attracts more dedicated players, Alliance are more numerous and more casual, at least where I am.|||In my battlegroup AV is pretty balanced win :: loss ratio. However when we (FOR THE HORDE!!!) win it's usually a blowout of honor. My battlegroup tends to stink in AB and EotS and again pretty even with WSG.|||Yes as Alliance we usually win AV a good 60-70%....which is ok. But we are fine in AB....not good in EoTs.....and damn good in wsg. Its not even server/battlegroup specific really. Just whose up for a rumble ;)

But AV is where the leechers go............that makes me a little angry. But I believe in karma.|||If I ever do AV i do it in a pre made. We win EoTS 99% of the time fast so thats where I go for honour.|||Quote:

On my battlegroup, Alliance wins AV, Horde wins all others. Typically.
