[:1]Hello all,
I play on a popular pvp server and I have to say sometimes the bg queue is ridiculous. I have gone 2 hours without ever being added. Alterac valley is extremely bad.The other day I had a message pop up on screen to see if I wanted to join WG. When I accepted I expected to be ported into WG in 3 minutes(approx) it said sorry WG is full you can stay in the queue or leave.
SO I want to know:
Can I join any bg while out in the world questing?
Will I never leave the queue if i am outside of city limits?
How does one join WG and guarantee a spot?
That is all TY.|||You can que anywhere you are (click the Alliance of Horde PvP symbol), and go wherever you like while in a que.
When it pops you will get a message to join whatever BG and insta port unless like you said the BG (or WG) is full.|||any idea why it takes hours to gain access to one? just not enough people interested in that particular bg?|||No clue.
it could be that there aren't enough for a particular BG.|||I've heard people claim that you get a quicker BG if you're in a group.|||I think it matters a lot how the factions are balanced in your server (or rather: battlegroup). In mine there are more Alliance players so they always wait longer while Hordes have short queues.
@waflob
I think it's exactly the opposite; it takes longer to queue as a group. But I might be wrong.|||Eh, I'm Horde and haven't experienced a short que time since my 29 twink days.|||One of my friends is leveling 2 rogues at the moment; one on Alliance and one on Horde, on the same server. She insists that the Horde queues are much shorter. Since our server is very unbalanced (much more Alliance than Horde) I assume that that's the reason.|||Yeah but BG queues are multi server....|||Ive never had queue issues with any bg apart from AV, everything else is 1-2 min
