The worst WSG ever!

[:1]I started the BG with high hopes. I saw a brutal warrior and a brutal holy paladin in our group. Great, I thought. This would be a quick win.

Gate opens and we charge to the flag, warrior picks it up with his buddy near him to offer heals. No way they could take him down.

FC gets back to our base, I'm working on killing the hord FC. I get him!..... Cap! Cap now!..... nothing. No, apparently these two douchbags though it would be a good idea to hold the flag hostage. They stayed in our GY and refused to cap, they just taunted us. They really were getting a big kick out of this.

I stuck around for a long time. I teamed up with a loc and just farmed the mid. While I was doing this I mannaged to get a GM to chat with me. He said he couldn't do anything and that he wasn't breaking any rules. Well that's BS if you ask me. Anyway, I stayed for about an hour. I didn't want to give them the satisfaction of making me AFK out but finally I gave in since I needed marks and wasn't getting them this game. The score was 0-0|||Awww that’s nasty, If I get stuck in a never ending WSG I usually get one of my friends to start a party with me, then they join a queue for another BG. Either that or I log out for a few min and save my self the deserter debuff.

Mind you the one thing I love about my druid is being able to control the flow of WSG, by doing the flag running with him.|||Ouch, totally sucks. People with too much time on their hands.|||I love that you can get warned/banned for saying a swear word in a BG.. but players can ruin 18 other players' game and waste their time, but the GM won't do anything.|||Even Brutal warriors go down right fast when they have the +100% damage debuff.

No offense, but the other team must've sucked like hell if they couldn't manage that.|||Quote:

I totally agree clevins. If people don't want to see swear words they can filter. The only reason anyone would report a swear word is because they get kicks out of reporting people. But deliberate griefers are allowed to go on with their game with no consequences.|||Well i have been in this situation before, and the FC will go down fast when you get the rest of your team to go sit somewhere and let the other team gank your FC, dont farm the middle because then you are stopping the other team from ganging up on your own FC.|||I was once in a WSG that took 1 hour and we were up 2-0 at the 45 minute mark and in the last 15 minutes they came back and beat us 3-2|||Quote:

Yes or more probable: they din't wordk together or perhaps they defended the midfield a bit too well ;)

Anyway, no matter how well twinked 2 players may be, a group of hordies should have been able to kill the fc.
