[:1]hey all i heard you can join AV at lvl 45!(in catalysm) i also heard that call to arms AV gives you HUGE AMOUNT OF xp.... like 1 win = 1-2 levels... is that true? the best place to lvl as a lvl 45? soo its huge xp? better than random dungeon ty!!|||Any Call to Arms battleground is pretty good for leveling XP. It's definitely worth working them when they are up if you enjoy battlegrounds. I've taken on new character to focusing on questing and dungeons mid week, and chain queueing for the CtA battleground on the weekend (doing quests while waiting on the queue.) It works nicely and keeps the leveling process from getting stale. Your 1-2 levels per BG sounds pretty high, though. If it is that much for AV, expect blizzard to adjust it. I think I was typically getting 1/3 to 1/2 a level per winning battleground during the CTA. (Which is still pretty amazing for 15-20 minutes worth of playtime.)

AV has always been one of the more "productive" battlegrounds when it comes to honor. I can't really speak much about experience though, since the when I last leveled a character high enough for the AV bracket, it was pretty miserable. The queue times were horrendous (like hours long, often not popping at all) and account capped twinks made playing miserable. Blizzard has closed the twinking loophole (and also changed the brackets to make it not work) so that issue is gone now. That alone will bring more levelers back to AV, and with the region wide queue, hopefully that solves the queue problem.
