This is something I've been thinking about awhile. Are there any alliance battlegroups out there that dominate the way horde does in my battlegroup? Im on emberstorm.
It can be frustrating at times, I like alliance and I like elves and dwarves and humans and all that sappy fantasy stuff but...losing nearly every single AB and WSG can get old pretty quickly. I honestly can't remember that last EOTS win I've had. We win AV about 50-50 in the 70 bracket and Ive seen an AB win and WSG win here and there.. (out of about 60 AB marks, 3 of those were from a win)
My guild, as well as a few others are slowly working towards doing more premades - maybe one day I'll see a turn around on our battlegroup, I dunno...that may be hoping for too much.
anyway, thoughts?|||Hm, the general tendency on my battlegroup (Nightfall) is that Horde has the upper hand.. at least, that's what I see in WSG and AB. However, an ally friend of mine who is 70plays a lot of EotS and AV; he has quite a lot of wins on his name which makes it seem that the Alliance rule those BGs.
I do believe it depends on when you play.. when I try out a BG on late Saturday night, I'm slaughtered by the allies - whereas during weekdays just after dinner we find ourselves having an advantage.|||In vindication the ally wins 75 % of AB, EotS and WSG. Though a factor in this is probably the huge amounts of pre-made the allies run.
Horde on the other hand wins 90 % of AV (with over an hour in queue ><)|||No they dont :P
Im on vindication. Must be the time of day you play. I lose every BG unless its AV|||Considering Pox's location is listed as Sweden, and yours is listed as the USA, I'm guessing you're not talking about the same Vindication.
It would be much clearer if people prefaced their battlegroup or realm names with US or EU.|||Im on emberstorm in the US by the way, and from talking to other people Ive come to realize that alliance may be doomed all across the board...
from what people have said, the majority of the population that plays horde are usually older, more mature players..and the players that choose alliance are generally younger..which would explain the issue on my battlegroup because that is definitely true for us, lol|||I can't check what battlegroup i'm in (websense at work) but I'm on the server Frostmane(US). If it helps you can armory me, (Grantly). Horde wins about 70% of the BG's except for AV. Ally wins about 95% of AV's. And don't tell me that your in my battlegroup and you find things to be different because you play at a different time of the day or on weekdays, you'd be a liar. I play at random times on random days and its always the same.
Makes the honor grind really easy just doing AV's, we still have ~5min q's. Getting badges from other places is easy if you put together a premade to lose. You can finish a WSG or EOTS in under 5mins if the enemy caps everything. Warsong is a really fast lose too. But even if your not losing, wining 30% isn't that bad... it just takes a hell of alot longer to get 3 marks winning than it does to get 3 marks losing.|||Alliance Stormstrike US does fine IMO. I win usually 50% or more of the BG's I do, and that's across all my toons in the various brackets - sometimes it's rare to loose. Got 6/8 ABs won on my lvl 49 the other day, and got 3/5 wsg's on my 66 mage, won all 6/6 various BG's with my guild's premades with my 70 main, though I had a bad night 2 nights ago on my 29 twink - we only won 1/4. I also play at night, 7-2am time slot during the week, so most of the kids are in bed and the adults and veteran players are on.

HAHAH! - Wait . . what? . . . A Premade . . .to lose . . . lol . . . What a sorry sad state of affairs you're in to even think like this . . .|||some alliance actually have resorted to premades made to lose..thats how bad it is...I forgot to mention, this is only the case at 70...10-19 bracket, alliance win a LOT..20-29 about 50-50..as well as all other brackets EXCEPT 70 for me...at 70...we alliance lose so much it hurts...|||Quote:

ya man i'm on vidication as well. and let me tell you. in the past 3 days of entering different bg's. i think i've managed one win. and that was wsg.
AV's lately are allie dominated. People still don't f'n know on horde side to play defence.
